What is this drug used for?
โข It is used to treat skin infections.
Possible side effects
Fusidic Acid may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:
โข Skin irritation.
โข Headache.
Some side effects can be serious. If you experience any of these symptoms, call your doctor immediately or get emergency medical treatment:
โข Signs of an allergic reaction, like rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
โข Very bad skin irritation.
What do I do if I miss a dose?
โข Use a missed dose as soon as you think about it.
โข If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time.
โข Do not use 2 doses or extra doses.

Storage and Stability
Cream, ointment: Store below 30ยฐC (86ยฐF). Use ointment within 3 months of first opening the tube.
