Adverse Reactions

Cardiovascular: Prolonged QT interval on ECG
Dermatologic: Erythema multiforme, pruritus, skin rash

Endocrine & metabolic: Hyperglycemia, increased amylase, increased gamma-glutamyl transferase, increased HDL cholesterol, increased serum cholesterol, increased serum triglycerides

Gastrointestinal: Abdominal pain, anorexia, diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting
Hematologic & oncologic: Neutropenia

Hepatic: Increased serum alanine aminotransferase (incidence higher with hepatitis B and/or C coinfection), increased serum aspartate aminotransferase (incidence higher with hepatitis B and/or C coinfection)

Nervous system: Abnormal dreams, anxiety, central nervous system toxicity, depression, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, hallucination, headache, insomnia, lack of concentration, nervousness, pain, severe depression
